Sharpening the woodturning tools is a special skill that takes a lot of practice to master.  Several of our woodturning gouges have been seriously damaged by incorrect sharpening. The Session Leaders on the day will be happy to sharpen the tools for you when needed.  Please do not attempt to sharpen them on your own.
